CAPCAL 2 : model for economic costs.

CAPCAL 2 replaces the up till now used version CAPCAL. CAPCAL 2 is used when detailed capacity and delay calculations of intersections and roundabouts are needed on Swedish state roads. This report is about economic cost calculation for emissions, time, goods and vehicles in CAPCAL 2. The calculation method for vehicle user and emossion effects used the same principal models and vehicle average data as EVA version 1.1. The data can also be found in `VTI notat T 150'. Economic values used are SNRA standard values per 93-01-01. EVA is SNRA standard method for calculating effects of different investments in road objects. (A)
