Samenvatting

In June 1999, two ITS analysts conducted a one-week workshop for the New Mexico State Highway Transportation Department to develop a regional ITS Architecture for the Albuquerque Metropolitan Planning Area (AMPA). After one week, which included three full-day stakeholder meetings, a final report was delivered that described the current, planned and future ITS deployments for the region. The report included all elements of regional ITS architecture called for in the USDOT's Interim Guidance on Conformity with the National ITS Architecture and Standards.
