Samenvatting
To ensure uniformity in recording defects it is necessary that the terminology for describing defects should be standardised, so that engineers concerned in road maintenance have a common language for describing precisely what they observe on the road surface. This catalogue of pavement defects has been prepared with this objective in mind.
