Samenvatting
The Citizens Band (CB) radio model is designed to measure the role of CB units in a Highway Patrol emergency response systems. A mathematical simulation, the model is used to describe the geography, dynamics and emergency response situations (e.g. accidents, road hazard and speeders) for a given set of assumed conditions. How the model can be used to aid in the analysis of a particular CB demonstration program is discussed.
