Changing attitudes in drinking driver enforcement as reflected by the actions of researchers, courts, prosecutors and society.

The author points out that even though there have been many different approaches utilized, there has been no apparent solution to the basic sociological problem of minimizing drinking driving offenses. He suggests that there is a wealth of information in law enforcement files to be studied.
