This report continues a series of presentations and papers highlighting current trends and research on child occupant protection. It draws from engineering, medical, and social science disciplines, and addresses specific areas such as: child injury patterns and case studies; child restraint performance, useability, and misuse; air bags, belt pre-tensioners, dedicated anchors, and tethers; and testing procedures and dummies.
