Child restraint requirements from the viewpoint of a mother and a psychologist.

Some of the problems of current child restraints are commented and various ways of training children to accept restraints are suggested. Three major points are stressed: (a) training for restraint wearing should begin at birth; (b) the major problem lies in training the parents te enforce restraint wearing; and (c) no child should be in any part of a moving vehicle without being restrained.
