Samenvatting
This publication contains papers presented at a conference held at Policy Studies Institute on 13 January 1993. The theme was the improvement of children's quality of life through changes in transport policy. The extent to which the risk of road traffic accidents prevents children from travelling without adult escort is discussed. The effect of this reduced mobility upon both children's and parents' quality of life is also discussed. For abstracts of individual papers see C 2038 - 2045.
