In cooperation with the automobile-, the battery- and the electro-industry the development, manufacturing and test of an electric car, the City Stromer, has take a step forward. Criterion was not the productivity of a conventional car, but the actual requirements of a local traffic car with a maximum speed of 10 km/h, 4 seating positions, a reach in the city with a journey of at least 50 km and reloading possibilities of the batteries. 14 City Stromers have been constructed and were tested in practice.
