Samenvatting
This report presents the CLAIRE concepts for a context-free AI-based supervisor for traffic control which extends the SAGE system (Decision Support System for congestion control) in operation in Paris. CLAIRE system is issued from considerations on adaptive systems, congestion management, role of operators and the contribution of systems for information and communication with drivers.
