Samenvatting
For the purpose of using the concept of cluster in the planning practice, a new project is being developed to build cluster data files, survey the use of clusters and quantify the cluster effects. The project is relevant to the spatial policy atseveral levels: incidental corrections of existing clusters, (re)distribution of catchment radius of the facilities and steering the spatial organization towards the optimization.
