Samenvatting
In an earlier report on a new categorization of two- wheelers the SWOV had specified the need to such a new categorization if safety aspects should be taken into account (See B 26471). This report comments upon the new European specifications for more homogeneity in the member- countries. Besides aspects of mobility and safety, aspects of the environment and enforcement should also be considered.
