Samenvatting
The Provincial Road Safety Boards (ROVs) of the province of Utrecht and Limburg have been commissioned to reflect on the improvement of permanent traffic education (PVE) for 0-4 year olds. In a number of documents attention was paid to this subject, but this has not resulted yet in any activities. This report describes the different possibilities for approaching target groups which are involved in PVE for 0-4 year olds, in the form of a communication and implementation strategy at the local level. A number of possible activities to be conducted within this PVE are described. It is proposed to first of all test the approach of PVE for 0-4 year olds in a pilot scheme.
