Communication strategies for a speed management campaign.

This report reviews and analyses the need for a road safety communication campaign to complement the NSW Speed Management Program. It suggests a new approach to public education and road safety promotion. Representatives of the major organisations concerned with speed as a road safety issue were consulted in the preparation of this document.
