This study investigates the opinions of the Austrian and Hungarian population regarding mutual road traffic problems. A representative sample of 1.000 persons was interviewed in each country. The interviews included questions to the following topics: 1) Travel attitude; 2) selection of means of transportation; 3) attitudes towards road traffic; 4) experiences with the neighbours' driving and behaviour, and 5) road traffic problems in the neighbour country.
