Samenvatting
This report concerns a comparison of several time series analysis programs based on exponential smoothing and non-decompositional methods currently employed by the NHTSA for projecting the annual traffic fatalities for the entire U.S. Several methods of data aggregation are studied and the conclusions are presented.
