Samenvatting
This conference contains papers from the Joint ECA/OECD Second African Road Safety Congress which describe the work done in Africa to increase road safety. The aim of the conference was also to explore the possibilities of financing road safety activities through bilateral and multilateral agreements as well as through national financial arrangements.
