Samenvatting
This document examines the recommended content, format, organization, and capabilities of the planned Human Factors Guidelines (HFG). The report includes an outline of the document and a detailed work plan for development of the first edition of the guidelines. The report also includes a draft "Introduction" and one sample chapter of the HFG. The HFG is being developed to help facilitate safe roadway design and operational decisions.
