Samenvatting
The Illionois State Police are conducting a concentrated traffic enforcement program. The goal of this program to reduce motor vehicle accidents and their resultant injuries and deaths by increasing police visibility and enforcement of all traffic laws on selected high accident locations. The enforcement is supplemented by a public information campaign and the establishment of judicial cooperation. In this report an interim assessment of the program is given.
