Samenvatting
For a further increase of safety in road traffic, a conceptional record of accident prevention work becomes necessary. For this purpose a safety concept was worked out by the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention. It is based on general safety principles, as well as on comprehensive research results, mentions safety targets and describes a strategy of measures for a general increase in safety.
