Integration is the target towards which incident management is pursued. The development of a technological framework, under which all components of the incident management system are supported, is the aim of IN-RESPONSE. The system allows the integration of all related modules, i.e. incident detection, verification, response, and incorporates the administrative, functional, and operational level of incident management. ERMIS is the test bed of the IN-RESPONSE system, which has been tested and evaluated in terms of technical performance and impacts to its users. The evaluation included assessment of the user acceptance, its effect to the market and addressed the legal and institutional feasibility.
