Samenvatting
The experiment described in this chapter aims to investigate whether concurrent verbalisation affects what it purports to measure: the search strategy or fixation patterns of drivers; and whether any effects are passed on to higher order skills such as hazard perception. It also examines the utility of verbalisation in regard to its relationship with what subjects actually look at in the driving scene.
