Samenvatting
The main purpose of the study was to collect information on the condition of the technical devices and equipment of mopeds in use. In addition, attitudes of mopedists towards certain measures of traffic safety were examined. The material included 230 mopedists, 41% of whom were under 18 years of age and one third (33%) over 50 years of age. The number of defects was directly proportionate with the age of the moped. Attitudes were greatly dependent on the age of the mopedist.
