Samenvatting
The presence of 1 1-hydroxyl- 9- tetrahydrocannabinol has been identified and confirmed in the urine of marihuana smokers. The analytical methods involved are liquid extraction by organic solvents followed by thinlayer chromatography and mass spectrometry of the thin- layer- elutes. The presence of other cannabinoidmetabolites is also indicated.
