In this article is stated that with or without consent, extraction of body substances under proper medical conditions was incident to legal arrest and the use of the chemical analysis of such substances as evidence of intoxication do not violate a person's constitutional right to be free from involuntary self-incrimination, unreasonable searches and seizures and deprivation of due process.
