Every year, Traffic Test makes a so called `continuous research on driver training' under about 1,000 applicants for the driver license. This report describes the results of the 1985 study. The main purpose of this research is to provide an insight into the problems of driving license examination, driver training and traffic safety in general. Additional questions were asked on the driving instructor (gender, competence), the number of theory lessons, the amount the applicants had to pay for the theory lessons, and how many times the applicants needed to pass the theory examination.
