Control of air pollution from new motor vehicles and new motor vehicle engines certification and test procedures : fuel economy of motor vehicles.

This action is a publication of several technical and clerical amendments to part 86 of the Motor vehicle certification regulations and to part 600 of the Fuel economy regulations. The amendments correct errors and clarify ambiguities introduced into the regulations by a variety of prior regulatory actions.
