Samenvatting
New control strategies have been developed for responding to freeway incidents. Two types of incidents situations were considered. The strategies were extensively tested under a wide variety of simulated incident conditions. Functional requirements have also been developed. This third volume documents the control strategy software as well as software designed to interface the strategies with the freeway traffic simulation model.
