Samenvatting
A brief overview of metropolitan land use transport planning in the Cape Town area in South Africa is given, and used as the context for documenting the ongoing struggle of land use and transport planners to effectively communicate with each other, produce viable integrated policies, and have these implemented. (A) The French title of this paper is: "Coordination et intégration d'utilisation d'espaces et de politiques de transport dans la région métropolitaine du Cap".
