Answers are given to two questions: Should the development of dual- mode trolleybus be encouraged? and if so, which direction should this development take? This in reaction to the evaluation program of cost project 303 where nine vehicles were measured. Also seven topics were chosen and distributed between the countries represented on the management committee. This summary sets out the conclusions reached by each country
