Samenvatting
After an introduction, the delimitation of the cost-effectiveness-analysis of the planning-instruments cost-benefit-analysis and planning-programming-budgeting system is discussed. Theoretical principles and problems of the cost-effectiveness-analysis are described. An attempt is made for the judgment of the conceptional and practical application of the cost-effectiveness-analysis.
