The objective of the project was to develop design and cost information for the construction of a proving ground facility to perform testing on new- model buses.The proposed bus proving ground includes five facilities: a two- mile high speed track; a durability course; a dynamics area; a skid pad; and a hill. Costs are estimated to be more than 10 million dollar, without cost of land and buildings.
