Cost implications of local area traffic management.

The objectives, procedures and design principles for local area traffic management (LATM) are well documented, but there is little information on costs. This paper is aimed at redressing the balance and provides data to facilitate benefit cost studies and financial planning of LATM. Using the experience of LATM in Sydney, unit costs are derived for various LATM devices.
