Samenvatting
A project undertaken for the National Roads Board through road research unit, which brings together the research which has been done in New Zealand on road accident costs is reported. The project constructs a comprehensive and consistent road accident costs data base for use in the analysis of road safety improvement programmes. The assumptions, methods and results of the project are outlined in broad terms.
