Samenvatting
Even from the legal aspect the prevention of traffic accidents cannot be achieved by dealing with it from one perspective alone. The different categories of criminal, administrative and tort law have to be employed. The purpose of this paper is to concentrate upon one element of the legal aspect of the problem, the criminal liability of the pedestrian.
