Samenvatting
After the treatment of the Dutch Highway Network-plan in the parliament it can not be said that the network can be built in the coming of 20 or 30 years. The public discussion has, also on the different board-levels, led to a break down. It is needed to define the arguments and the goals more sophisticated and to make a number of choices which will guarantee that a smaller part of the network can be built but in a structural way.
