Samenvatting
Provisional directives for the classification of roads distinguish insufficiently between task, form and use of a road. Through this, especially task and use of the various classes of roads are not clearly described. Certainly for the classification of existing roads in and outside built up areas it is necessary to separate more clearly these three aspects.
