Samenvatting
An attempt to catalyse new modes of thinking, flexibility of response to a diversity of problem descriptions pertaining to the bicycle is given. Education is one such planning response. In the area of "hard" design approaches, we need to consider bicycle support facilities, such as secure parking areas. We need to consider that bicycle equipment really promotes safety-lights at night, helmets and legal standardization.
