Samenvatting
This report reviews research into helmet promotion and reports a nationwide observational survey of cyclists, conducted in the autumn of 1999, to assess changes in bicycle helmet wearing rates since 1996. It also includes the results of an extended survey which has been designed to improve the representativeness of the sample, in particular increasing the number of child cyclists observed.
