Samenvatting
The most important points of the Groningen cycling policy are presented systematically. The basis for the main plan for cycling is a system of cycling facilities which go beyond the district, which in principle link up with the need for direct cycling connections between, on the one hand, the districts and the town centre, and on the other hand, between the different districts.
