Samenvatting
The growing importance of road safety problems for all nations is stressed. In Germany the most important contribution is the rapidly extending network of motorways. Public transport should equally be improved. The new road traffic legislation has also been designed from the safety viewpoint, and gives rules which guide and develop traffic behaviours.
