TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2160 includes 17 papers that focus on an evaluation of highway safety hardware improvements using benefit-cost analysis, transportation asset management, road inventory data collection and integration, multipurpose location-based services, travel time estimation algorithms, and travel data collection with Bluetooth sensors.
