Samenvatting
A database has been developed to support problem identification and countermeasure development in crash avoidance research. This database is sufficient in size to permit analyses of the relationship between specific vehicle design characteristics and crash involvement. Preliminary analyses of this database suggest that it is comparable with the nation's crash experience.
