Relevant data for each emergency call are documented on a set of 2 Optical Mark Reader forms. The further processing of these forms makes use of EDP (Electronical Data Processing) Automatic plausibility and completeness test ensure a scientifically exact reading of the forms. The use of FTSS (Free Text Synthesis System) allows for, after the definition of control data and standard text, a parallel statistical documentation and multiple free text synthesis producing a ready-to-send textual report.
