Samenvatting
The lack of traffic safety in particular for the pedestrian, the cyclist and the moped rider, worries the national government as well as the local authorities. The national government gives the rules for the whole country and the local authorities have to accept these rules in their own cities. Still they have a mean for improving traffic safety by their traffic circulation plans.
