Results of a second survey into the attitude of drivers with respect to safety belts one year after the initial survey (see A 8924). The purpose of this survey was to take stock of changes in attitude, knowledge and (claimed) behaviour with respect to use and non-use of safety belts since the attitude survey of 1970.
