Samenvatting
Limitations to employees in their right of publication in respect to their employers are discussed from a legal point of view. Both penal law and civil law aspects plus those imposed by their labour contract are involved. The employee has an insecure position in these regards both to what must remain undisclosed and to the length of time this applies. Limits to restraints from civil law are considered to be rather vague. Special attention is given to the position of journalists and civil servants.
