Samenvatting
The legal position of employees with regard to their copyright is discussed. The present situation, which reserves the copyright to the employer, is criticized. Some examples of jurisprudence are given, and limits to legal restraints are explained. Special attention is given to the position of scientists and journalists. Moral obligations and limitations of the employer in his use of the copyright are also involved.
