On a press conference the Ministers of Transport of Belgium has outlined the changes in the traffic regulations which comes in force on May 1 1976. Special emphasis was laid on the regulations for disabled persons and for parking meters. The main purpose of the change is the harmonization of the regulations with the international adapted regulations.
