Samenvatting
This article deals with the medical treatment of the fractures of the metacarpo falangeal and interfalangeal joints of the hand. An after-study is carried out on a group of patients which were treated for his type of fracture. The functional results of the different types of fractures are given by table. Recommendations for medical treatment are made for the three types of fractures. 1: linear fractures, without dislocation. 2: linear fractures, with dislocation. 3: comminutive fractures.
